MY SERVICES
Booking & Policies
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received & a signed agreement outlining the terms and conditions is in place
The remaining balance due:
- For mini sessions, standard sessions, & premium sessions: 48 hours before the session or payment is due immediately after the session completes
- For weddings/events: 1 week before the event date
Weather Policy
• Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If bad weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.) is forecasted, I will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling or alternative options. If you choose to continue with your session in potentially inclement weather, you will still be responsible for the full session cost.
Travel & Location Fees
• A travel fee of $50 applies for locations more than 15 miles from [Compton].
• For locations requiring extensive travel or accommodations (e.g., destination weddings), additional travel costs will be calculated and discussed at the time of booking
Image Delivery
• Turnaround Times:
• Mini and standard sessions: 3-5 days
• Weddings and events: 2 weeks
• Rush delivery available for an additional $150 (delivered within 48 hours for sessions, 7 days or earlier for weddings/events).
• Images are delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos.
• USB drives are included in premium packages or available as an add-on for $50
Image Rights & Usage
• Commercial use (e.g., for businesses, marketing, or resale) requires prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
• I reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.
Refund Policy
• Due to the custom nature of photography, refunds are not offered once a session is completed and images are delivered.
• If you are dissatisfied with the final results, I will work with you to address specific concerns within reason, including minor re-edits or touch-ups
Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for arriving on time to the session or event. Sessions delayed by more than 15 minutes may be canceled or shortened, with no adjustment to pricing. Sessions with additional guests that are disruptive or pose a distraction are subject to cancellation or an early ending, with no adjustment to pricing.
• For group sessions or events, it is the client’s responsibility to organize participants in a timely manner to ensure all planned photos can be captured.
• Clients are responsible for providing the location and time details for the session. If that information is not provided within that requirement, the session may be cancelled with no refund to your deposit
